Frequently Asked Questions
When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 12 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing, and shipping and this normally takes 2 – 5 business days. When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please fill in the contact form for fastest service or email us and provide the order number as long as required information. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply e-mail us at email@example.com as soon as possible. However there is a 72 hour wait list for email, therefore, if your order has left our warehouse within 72 hours, it is out of our control.

If the order arrives at your country and the customer refuses to accept the package
number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
