Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you received our packages. If 30 days have gone after delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Requested refunds OR cancellations are only possible if the item/product(s) didn’t leave our warehouse. But once the item leaves our warehouse we can only accept refunds if only the customer sends us the received item back in the same condition. 

Request Order changing:

For example,  if a customer places an order by mistake, let’s say  he/she picks the wrong color or size, changes will be placed within the first 24 hours after placing the order. As usual, once the orders already leave from the  warehouse we will  not be able to grant or change your request because it is out of our control.

To be eligible for a return/refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging .

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you through email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and will automatically be credited to your account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if we unintentionally sent a defective or damaged item but we are 100% sure that this won’t happen from us because we fastidiously check your item upon checkout . If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at BYGRI.com

Shipping for returns

We ship your item for free but once you return your item you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs .
